GLP-1 India

Care for GLP-1 patients after the patent expires. Once the drug gets cheap, the hard part is the care around it.

The idea was a chronic-care layer, not a pharmacy and not a doctor marketplace: dose steps every four weeks, early warning on side effects, an Indian diet plan down to rice and roti timing, lab check-ins, and the family in the loop.

I opened the project on 28 April 2026, the day after the research, and set three rules before any product code. No dosing protocol without a named clinician behind it. Synthetic data only for the first version. Anonymisation reviewed before any dashboard.

It never got past the plan. Nothing was ever built for patients.
