micro-PE hunt

Small software companies for sale, and how motivated the seller is.

stopped finance, agents

Small software businesses for sale, and how motivated the seller is. Built in one day, 26 February 2026.

It pulls listings from Acquire.com, Flippa, Empire Flippers and Reddit, then a small swarm of agents qualifies each one: a psychologist for the seller, a valuation analyst, a legal and regulatory check, a strategist who drafts the outreach, then a conviction score and a draft letter of intent.

The psychologist is the part I cared about. It thinks like a mix of a PE analyst and a behavioural psychologist: why someone is selling matters as much as what they're selling. It even looks for the boredom multiple. "It runs itself." "Not my focus anymore."

The prompts carry what I know about India. Fewer serial sellers, more emotional friction. Log kya kahenge, so frame the exit as scaling via acquisition. Calls beat emails. The first message never mentions price.

The app says it plainly at the top: a prototype on mock and simulated data, public sources only, not financial advice.
