This site

You are here.

It has had a few lives. The first was an HTML5UP template from undergrad, in 2021. In August 2026 I rebuilt it in Astro as a film site. My notes on that one: this feels not like me, I'm a fun movie nerd and whatnot, writer too. Then, a round later: looks self-preachy and not fun. In October I bought vyas.garden and built a garden, every obsession a bed that grows. Too much metaphor, not about me. Then three more mock-ups, very AI-generated and not like me.

What stuck is this one: a dark room with one pink light. Point at a film or a record I love and the whole page relights in its colours. It ships lit by La La Land, which I've watched more than a hundred times.

The rules it runs on:

• My words only.
• No selling.
• The same door for everyone: an email and an ask-me-anything box.
• Three media files and nothing else.
• Written for agents too. Founders, investors, friends and strangers might send their AI agents in first, so it has to impress agents as well as humans. There's an llms.txt for them.

It's for me, mostly. This website will be my anchor point to not forget those things. All of this is for me, and maybe for people to see me as well.

Still open: a lot of spots that only I can write.
