Seven minutes
When I first read about this, the first question that hit me was—wait, is this a best of moments reel or just seven random minutes of my life? And more importantly, who in my brain is editing this? Because if it’s the same guy responsible for making decisions after 2 AM, I’m in trouble.
The idea of watching a farewell highlight reel before the final curtain sounds deep and poetic… until you realize that memory selection is a chaotic mess. You think you have control, but nope—just when you’re expecting a cinematic masterpiece, your brain throws in a viva exam flashback where you confidently answered “mitochondria” to any question with powerhouse in it.
Let’s be real: it’s not going to be a perfectly curated collection of your proudest achievements. It’ll be a mix of childhood nostalgia, college stupidity, that one time you were convinced you’d be a cricketer, and—oh yes—the era of your questionable Ghajini haircut obsession. Somewhere in between, there will definitely be a clip of me running for my life as a pack of street dogs chases me down for reasons I still don’t understand.
All I can do now is pray my brain doesn’t turn my life into a blooper reel. But knowing my luck, it’s probably kicking things off with a dramatic slow-mo of me tripping over absolutely nothing, followed by a highlight of every time I confidently walked in the wrong direction—and ending with the post-credits scene of me trying to push a pull door.
