Built in a day for a friend, whose company gets D2C brands fast delivery on their own site. I wanted to give them a flywheel: speed, volume and everything.
Their best cold-email line is a fact that exists in no database: "Ordered from [brand] last week. Delivery took [X] days." It only exists on the brand's own site. So the tool goes and reads it, at volume, cheaply, without ever making it up. It finds brands, reads each one's delivery promise, scores the fit, finds a contact from free public sources, drafts the email, and has every draft judged before anyone sees it. A wrong fact in a cold email to a founder is worse than sending nothing. "No promise published" is a real answer too.
The real run: 291 brands found, 173 delivery promises read, about 135 emails drafted, for $1.46 of model calls. The by-product was a small benchmark: across 169 Indian D2C storefronts, the median published promise is 7 days, and only 4% promise two days or less.
